South side

Pulled out trees and shrubs on south side as we get ready to have the house painted in a couple weeks. Also pulled of green storms.

Ran across this design! Although we don't have a galley style kitchen, we do have a narrow kitchen.

8 Hands on Deck!

All four of us worked together today. Kids were great! Ok, we paid them, but still!

Off the clock for awhile

We enjoyed a fabulous vacation at the South Carolina beach so we've been off the clock on the house for awhile.

• Today's job is to complete the floor prep, as the floors will be redone starting on Monday
• We've also secured an external paint company for September
• And we got our first draft of the kitchen & addition architectural drawings

I guess progress has been made! ;-)

1983 Perspective

We went from buying to shopping...

And Carolyn checked out. She doesn't like to shop. She doesn't like to browse. She's not particularly patient in some limited situations. (That may be a significant understatement.)

She wanted to buy. Not browse. Not shop.

Don recognized this and gave her The Look.

Safety Thirst

Keep it safe. Ladder safety. Sazall safety. Painting safety. 

And enjoy a refreshing gin tonic!

Gutters are fixed! 

And NSP came out to movie electrical.  Two floor re-finishers came out to give us bids.
